Legal basis for the processing of personal data by EVOLOSO

EVOLOSO processes personal data in compliance with all data protection regulations without exception and pays close attention to the principles of processing of such data (article 5 GDPR). In particular, personal data will only be collected, processed and transferred in the presence of a sufficient legal basis (article 6 GDPR). The fulfilment of contractual or legal obligations, the perception of legitimate interests as well as the protection of legal claims are legal basis for the collection, processing and transfer of personal data by EVOLOSO.
Especially protected (“sensitive“) personal data (article 9 GRPR) will only be processed when the affected person has expressed its explicit consent to EVOLOSO or when it is prescribed by law or when it is necessary to preserve legal rights.
EVOLOSO saves personal data only in the required scope and only for the period as needed for purpose achievement or for the periods of legal storage obligations.

Revocation of Consent

Affected people have the right to revoke granted consents for processing of personal data – in general or regarding special processing activities or purposes – at any time.
When the consent was the only (remaining) legal basis for processing activities, EVOLOSO will not continue these activities. Processing activities, which were carried out legally until receipt of the revocation of consent at EVOLOSO, are not touched by this.
